Susan E. Carey MAPS FCCN

Susan E. Carey is a registered psychologist and holds an area of practice endorsement in clinical neuropsychology (AHPRA registration number: PSY0001130313; currently on hiatus). She completed her specialist training in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Melbourne, which followed her general psychology training at the University of Queensland. Her training in neuropsychology included clinical rotations at the the Austin Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Peninsula Health, and the Royal Children's Hospital. 

Susan is an experienced clinician, having worked across various inpatient and outpatient settings, including the Western Hospital (Victoria) and Arbias (Victoria). She is also currently on the Government of Nauru's mental health expert panel and lectures in behavioural sciences into the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry & Health Sciences.  Susan holds full membership with the Australian Psychology Society (APS) and is a fellow of the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (FCCN).  Further details of Susan's experience can be found on LinkedIn.

Medicolegal Specialist

Susan currently works full-time as a medicolegal neuropsychology specialist in civil and criminal matters.  She is registered with Medicare, WorkSafe Vic & Qld, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).
